Profile Context: We are looking for a Self-motivated Business Development Executive with own conveyance responsible for streamlining Business & sales Development with a result-driven approach.

Responsible for the sales of the Product/Services & generating revenue.

Responsible for making cold calls for new business leads, email campaigns, and social media Campaigns and schedule appointments with interested parties

Who can apply: Graduates or Postgraduates (candidates from Management/ Science backgrounds are preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

-Market Research
-To generate leads from various sources
-Converting leads into sales

Clean Room/ HVAC Site Engineer

Exp: 2-5 yrs      Salary: Negotiable      Location: New Delhi

Day to Day Activities:

  • To handle Clean room / Biosafety lab construction Turnkey projects independently.
  • Co-ordinate and plan HVAC projects with clients from conceptual design through to close out
  • Visiting Sites for surveying
  • To monitor project budgets on a regular basis and bring any potential overspend to the attention of the project manager as soon as known
  • Co-ordinate procurement of materials and ensure delivery to client
  • Travel to installation sites and
  • Review/rectify any issues arising between client and company
  • Carry out regular design and project reviews
  • Order materials and equipment
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers
  • Maintain project files and produce document packs
  • Good understanding of technical data sheet/ drawings/ BOQ etc

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ experience:

 

  • Mechanical Engineering or similar Knowledge of HVAC discipline and Clean room systems
  • Experience of executing similar projects
  • Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work
  • Well organised, Self-motivated with the ability to use own initiative
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • Team player with effective communication skills and experience in liaising with suppliers, Contractors and senior Govt officials.
  • Ready to shift to Project location for execution of project & travel as per company requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending services
  • Assisting the procurement planning team on various projects

Clean Room/ HVAC Design Engineer

Exp: 2-3 yrs      Salary: Negotiable      Location: New Delhi

Day to Day Activities:

 

  • Design of HVAC system including heating & cooling load calculations
  • Ventilation/Pressurization calculation.
  • Preparation of BOQ, DBR, Cost estimation and Tender.
  • Review/ Preparation of HVAC equipment specifications and equipment data sheets.
  • Selection of equipment i.e. Chillers, Pumps, VRV, FCUs, AHUs, Extract Fans, etc
  • Designing of Air Distribution System (Ducting) & selection of accessories such as diffusers, grills, insulation, volume control dampers and fire dampers.
  • Attend technical and progress review meetings with client/sub-contractor.
  • Review, check and distribute drawings and Technical materials.
  • Co-ordinate with internal department to streamline the project progress.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ experience:

 

  • B.tech Mechanical Engineering or similar Knowledge of HVAC discipline and Clean room systems
  • Experience of executing similar projects
  • Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work
